meron akong co-worker na laging kwento ng kwento… tungkol sa mga complaints nya  sa ibang ka trabaho namin…

one day isang araw, napagalitan nya ako (halos sing edad na nya ang mommy ko eh) kasi daw bakit tuwing mag ku kuwento sya sa kin ng mga ganon, wala raw akong reaction?  kelangan ko bang gatungan?  ako kc parang live and let live ang personality ko… do what you want ba… napapangiti lang ako sa kanya everytime nagkukwento sya… tapos sasabihin nya yun? ano gusto nyang sabihin ko?  hindi ba sya naturuan ng magulang nya na if you don’t have something nice to say then don’t say anything at all?

hayyyyy… makabalik na nga sa work…

SunShine…

along with the sunshine of the summer, things are starting to look up… our house is clean, everything has been fixed, the carpets been steam cleaned… the closets are starting to look presentable… only the windows left to be cleaned… and we’re set… our bathroom actually looks really nice and girly… and my mom even thought we’ve replaced the sink because it was gleaming with the new light fixture we’ve put in…

and the best news of all, our agent said that we can ask for the price that we want and might even get it… since there’s only 2 others that are also up for sale and both are way overpriced… one going at almost $250,000… and to think that we only bought our unit for $182,000 and in less than 3 years it’s appreciated to that much!!! isn’t that incredible?

well, by the end of this week, our house will be officially up for sale… I might even take pictures and show it here… just as a remembrance of what our house looked like… I’m feeling sad selling it… but it’s the only way right now… even if some people are advising us against it… we’ve no choice but… if it’s gonna get us free of debt… then we have to sacrifice it, right? in time, we’ll have a house again… I know it…. we’re still young… so no worries…

let’s just hope we get lucky and someone offers in the high end and we’re set…

on other news, last saturday we went to wonderland, remember… and I went on Tomb Raider the ride, it’s a roller coaster with twist and turns and you go on it lying down… as in really lying down on your stomach!!! we also went on the Italian Job roller coaster.. that one is fast and scary… I can’t believe I went on those rides… I’ve gotten chicken over the years… because when I was in HS/College, I used to go on all those thrill rides… I was scared but I still went on…
even my son had fun, going on all the kiddie rides… and he’s still free.. .since he’s under 4… so next year, we’re gonna buy us season passes.. coz I saw how my son really enjoyed it… and on those really hot summer days, we can go on the waterpark…

well, i’m trying to get caught up here at work so better sign off…
