my 101 things

 
1.      I prefer reading a book to watching shows on television

2.      I’m just realizing now that I love to cook and

3.      when I cook, I never taste it, mostly I rely on my sense of smell

4.      I love having long hair but don’t like the time it takes to maintain it

5.      I would love to try a short haircut but afraid that it won’t look good on me

6.      I can never grow my nails long

7.      I have severely dry skin esp in the winter time

8.      I’ve been wearing glasses since I was in grade 9 (14 yrs old)

9.      I’m more comfortable wearing glasses than contacts

10.  I love chocolates with nuts on them esp almonds

11.  I can type for long periods without looking at the keyboard, I can even feel that I’m making spelling errors and my hands would automatically correct it

12.  I can listen to the radio, do my work, talk on the phone, put lotion on my hands all at the same time (talk about multi-tasking)

13.  I like order in the house although I’m a terrible cleaner

14.  whenever I drink water, I will be going to the bathroom every 5 mins

15.  I can’t sleep with any lights on

16.  I have a small pooh pillow that I can’t sleep without that I’ve had for at least 6 years already

17.  I love lots and lots of shoes but only a few of them are comfortable to wear all day

18.  I drink about 3-4 cups of tea at work everyday, but at home, I never drink tea

19.  whenever I get settled at work, I get bored

20.  I can’t wait to get preggers again because I’m dying to take a year off from work

21.  I’m a great bargain hunter

22.  I love grocery shopping

23.  I can’t wear stilletos

24.  I don’t like watching scary movies because

25.  I have a very active imagination

26.  I’m always thinking that whenever I go downstairs in our house, I will see someone sitting on our couch, or standing behind me in the mirror (SCAREEEE)

27.  I can never get tired of hearing my son say “mommy”

28.  whenever I’m cleaning the house, there has to be music on eventhough

29.  I have two left feet

30.  I blame my sisters for having two left feet because

31.  when I was very young, my sisters would always tease me “tigas ng katawan o” so I think I was traumatized

32.  but now I’m trying little by little for my hubby who loves to dance

33.  I was named for the nurse who helped deliver me because my dad thought she was pretty (what?!)

34.  I never told my hubby that I wanted to name our son Justin for Justin Timberlake

35.  I was once called “pa-charming” in grade school because boys would always follow me around

36.  from grades 4-6 my classmates would always vote me for president or treasurer but always ends up as the muse

37.  I never imagined myself giving birth without any anesthesia because

38.  I thought my pain threshold is very low but I delivered my son w/o any

39.  I can’t go to sleep in a messy bedroom

40.  I can never go to sleep peacefully in other people’s houses

41.  when I young (and lighter), I used to think I look like Aiko Melendez

42.  then people would tell me I look like Juday

43.  I  hate my big cheeks but hubby loves it

44.  I used to have a flat butt when I was young that’s why

45.  I didn’t like wearing jeans when I was younger now

46.  hubby LOOOVES my big booty (hahaha)

47.  I have to munch on snacks when watching movies

48.  I can sleep in one position the whole night

49.  I don’t snore

50.  kaya kong mag blog at magtrabaho at the same time (ssshhhhhh)

51.  I can read a bit of music notes

52.  I wish I learned how to play the piano

53.  I’m a very shy person but

54.  I’m very outgoing around my family

55.  I love having everyone over for dinner so I guess

56.  I’m a very family oriented person

57.  I’m not voting this coming Jan 23^rd elections

60.  I really wish I pursued my nursing course because of the pay

61.  I’m already planning/saving for our honeymoon next year (our 10 year anniversary)

62.  we didn’t have a honeymoon because I was four months preggers when we got married

63.  we bought a house, got married, and had a baby all in the same year

64.  I use to have a sungki but my braces took care of it

65.  I had to get 5 teeth extracted just to get braces

66.  I have to take a shower before going to bed and again when I wake up the next morning

67.  I cried on my first night in our house because I was missing my mommy

68.  The following night we slept over my mom’s house until  I got used to the idea of not living with my parents

69.  I love winnie the pooh

70.  I used to collect hello kitty stationery

71.  I used to collect anything hello kitty

72.  I love pink

73.  I don’t think women can have enough purses

77.  while I was on my one year of maternity leave I got so bored that I would ask hubby each night to drop us off at my mom’s place then pick us up at night

78.  I’m one of those people who’s always asking themselves if they DID turn off the oven, the candles, or locked the door

79.  I love singing but singing doesn’t love me

80.  I’m too shy even to sing in church

81.  I’m proud of myself because I’ve gotten my husband to come to church with me every Sunday morning

82.  I have a lot of faith in God

83.  I believe that whenever I ask God for something he gives it to me, even asking him to wake me up @ 6am…. for no reason I would just wake up, without the aid of alarm clocks…

84.  I think I’m the peace keeper in the family

85.  I am the middle child of five

86.  One time, when my dad’s car was always breaking down, same with hubby’s car (boyfriend then), I told my mom I’m going to the car dealer….. 

87.  By myself, I bought my first ever car, I went to the car dealer in the morning, they told me I got approve the that afternoon and I picked it up the next day

88.  I didn’t know anything about cars when I bought my first car, my main concern was if it had enough cupholders (bec my bf’s car then didn’t have any)

89.  We have a 30 yr old townhouse but I’m satisfied with it

90.  Our townhouse is walking distance to the bank, grocery stores, library, chinese grocery, beer store, train station, bus stop, doctor, and MY MOM’S PLACE

91.  Our townhouse is less than five minutes to the biggest drive Wal-Mart in Canada

92.  When I was in grade school and high school, I used to do my OLDER sister’s book report for her… she hates reading so I would read the book for her and do the book report, I would also have to tell her the story so she’ll have an idea just in case

93.  I realized looks don’t matter to me, as long as you treat me well

94.  I used to be a coke addict (the pop not the drugs)

95.  Most of my jewelry are given to me by hubby

96.  I’m turning 27 this year although

97.  I’m still such a kid sometimes

98.  I believe I’m a good person (deep inside)

99.  I prefer white gold to yellow gold

100.I am getting frustrated because it’s taking us a long time to have another baby
